Happy Easter!

Well I am up and it's Early so I thought I would Write about what Easter means to me.

Easter is one of the best days, Besides Christmas!! Because On that day My Savior Jesus Took my sins with him to the Cross, and because of that I can live forever with him. What a wonderful Gift to take all the wrong that we have done and give us the Gift of Eternal life in return!! All we have to do is ask for forgiveness! Follow him and be Good. Sometimes I admit it's easier than others But that is the beauty of it. If I mess up God's Grace is still there. Thank you Lord for the Awesome Gift of your Son!

Back from Colorado

Well I am back. I was not an easy trip emotionally I am spent. There are just not enough words to tell my Aunt what I want her to know. And most of all how much I love her. I Just cant stop thinking about her and what life holds for her now that my uncle is Gone. It's been a bittersweet meeting. The service was beautiful My Uncle touched so many people in his life he was a very talented man. And Had a way with people of all ages. here is a picture of a carousel horse that my uncle carved by hand. I really hated that I had to leave my Aunt there all alone. It makes me sad just to think about it. I Just wish that things were not as they are now. Why Does Death have to hurt the ones you love. I guess I have allot of Questions. I am hurting inside allot for my aunt. I want to make it all go away like it's a bad Dream But I cant. I just love her so much it hurts me to think that she is hurting so much. I hope that makes sense. I better stop now as I cannot see the screen from my tears.

Traveling

Well I am returning to the place I called home for the majority of my life. I moved to Arizona in 97. Now that I have been here 11 years, I have to return to say goodbye to my uncle. The Viewing will be on Thursday and the funeral is @ 10 am on Friday. I sure love road trips but this one will be bitter sweet. There are so many things I want to say to my Aunt. But most of all I want her to know how much we love her and how much Uncle Lon is truly going to be missed. I Have come to realize that we just don't know when it will be our last time that we say goodbye to someone we love. We were lucky enough to Have some time with Uncle Lon this past September when they traveled here for vacation. Please if you are reading this say a prayer for our family and the safe travels of all who will be coming to the funeral from short and long distances.

Memories Of My Uncle!

Like these waters that is how God's love is for us, It's a never ending love. You cant tell where it started or where it ends. I think the same can be said for our family's here. The unconditional love that we have for our family members.. Seen through the eyes of the almighty. I don't remember when I meet my uncle for the first time. But to me he was always my uncle. He was a very giving man filled with a kind and loving heart. I heard several stories of how he & my aunt loved to Go to Children's hospital every year and he would play Santa for the Children who where in the hospital during Christmas They also Raised money to help make Children's hospital a better place to care for Sick Children. Thats just the kind of man he was A gentle giant. He loved my Aunt very much and it showed. He was always quick to come back with a funny remark..God I am going to miss you. There are many memories that stick out in my mind of times with you and aunt sandy. But the best has to be riding on your Harley with you when I was about 17. My first time on a motorcycle and a Harley bonus! I'll Never forget that. I'll never forget you!
